Change the time on dth 16D-1

1. Grab an outbound line.

2. On the LCD screen look for ">>>>", press the corresponding button.

3. Keep pressing this until you see "DND" on the screen, press the corresponding button.

If that doesn't work, you need to make sure DND is PROVIDED for this phone. Most likely if you can't turn it off, NOT PROVIDED is selected.

go to the designated admin phone and press feature # 9

SAME PROBLEM:

Did you ever figure out how to fix this?

We just had a long power outage last night and our phone system wasn't accepting outside calls this morning. We reset it, which fixed the problem after 10 minutes or so of waiting.

The new mystery is why the admin phone is now flashing this "Printer Trouble" error message.

To Update Time: From operator telephone with receiver hung up; Press feature key; dial 9,#; enter hour and minute i.e. 0135; (press recall key to change from am to pm); press feature key to save and exit.

• Press Feature, 9 and #
• Use dial pad to enter hours and minutes
• Press Recall to change Am / Pm
• Press Hold to change Date
• Press Recall to change Day of the week
• Press # to move cursor to Date
• Enter Date
• Press Recall to change Month
• Press # to move to Year
• Press Feature button to save

Don't pick up the phone

enter Feature button
Hit the number 9 key
Hit the pounds key "#" once
enter the correct tiem
Fit the Feature key again
Done

Press the "Speaker" button and enter 728 on the key pad. Then enter the correct time in 24 hour format. For example at 2.56 p.m. type 1456. Then press speaker again and you're done

3. Press *
4. Press <TRANSFER>
5. Press <CONF>
6. Press #
7. "CAT MODE" displayed on LCD
8. Press <REDIAL or LNR/SPD>
9. "COMMAND" displayed on LCD
10. Press 02
11. Press <RECALL>
12. Press 2
13. Press <RECALL>
14. "02>2>Current Time" displayed on LCD
15. Input correct time using military time (HH MM SS)
16. Press <CONF>
