The driver can be obtained for free from Logitech web site. Google your camera model and Logitech. Google should give you a link. Only download from Logitech not a second party website.
i dont think logitech have yet released a driver which makes the camera compatible with windows vista. I too have a clicksmart 310 and have been on the logitech website many times but they still have no drivers.
