If your washing machine is making a high-pitched whine or squealing noise
while running, the main culprit is usually worn motor bearings. To check the
motor bearings, remove the belt and run the motor by itself, listening for the
noise. If it makes the noise, than the problem is most likely the result of worn motor bearings.

This nut is most likely a nut which secures the motor to the motor mount. If the motor is no longer secure, it will make a lot of noise, and also probably move. Call a professional to have the motor re-secured to the motor mount.

Inducer motor noise

Never trust anything that comes to you new because usually they are made in china and are not consistent, but next time make sure clean air is being supplied if impeller gets dirt build it becomes imbalanced and will draw high amps and create that vibration noise. Also vibration noise can be caused by improper combustion set up.

BUZZING NOISE

Is this noise a motor buzzing noise? If motor has power but the start circuit is not energized, then the power through the run winding cannot start the motor and may make a buzzing. Need to address the type of buzzing and if the motor, then check motor circuit.

Hi, i strong recommend you.
1) LUBE the bearing of Roller, the noise can be the Bearing of
Roller.
2) And after LUBE if , the noise is coming again replace the Roller.
3) However you can test the motor outside by turning by hand. Lube slight the shaft with WD-40 and Run again, if the motor make noise Replace the Ball Bearing, or replace completely the Motor,

Have a Bocsh WTMC 3321US/03 drier making noise. i have replaced motor, same noise. with drum not turning and belt disengaged, making same noise. What do i look for next??

If a noise is heard or even a HUM you can use a small tube to probe with one side kept to your ear. Trace the noise to the actual unit , if this is the motor humming check the capacitor as a faulty capacitor will not start the motor.
Also check for free movement of the motor drive as if there is tightness in the drive the motor will not work.

MOTOR NOISE and noise stopped after closing the fridge door

Hello
Is the noise on the inside or the outside? Most often noise is caused by one of the fan motors going bad. That being said. If the noise is on the inside it's the evaporator fan motor. If it's on the outside in the back then it's the condenser fan motor.
I hope this helps you. Please leave feedback.
Thank you.

Noise (more detail)

I think I answered this in an earlier post.

The noise is the fan banging against the motor housing. It's not a defective motor, it's a poorly designed motor.

The solution is to shim the motor mount so it is slightly out of level which will keep the fan from bouncing off the motor housing.

The reason Samsung won't service is they don't understand the problem. I've seen this a half-dozen times.

Trust me -- SHIM THE MOTOR MOUNT!
