You can download the software and drivers from the dell site here. They also have manuals to show you how to use it, etc.

go into your control panel and open add remove programs. then remove the printer in this list. then reinstall the drivers with the disk that came with the printer. this should solve your problem.

If you have had the cartridge refilld just press the continue rtab on the window
