If your ice cream maker freezes and stops turning after only 20 minutes, there may be a few reasons for this. Here are some things to check:
Freezing temperature: Make sure that the temperature in your freezer is set to the correct temperature (around 0°F or -18°C). If the freezer is too warm, the ice cream maker may not freeze the mixture properly.
Mixture consistency: Make sure that the mixture you are using is not too thick. If the mixture is too thick, the ice cream maker may struggle to turn the mixture and freeze it properly.
Overfilling: Make sure that you are not overfilling the ice cream maker. Overfilling can cause the mixture to overflow and prevent the machine from freezing the mixture properly.
Motor issue: If none of the above solutions work, there may be an issue with the motor of the ice cream maker. In this case, you may need to contact the manufacturer or a professional repair service to diagnose and fix the problem.
As for turning on the furnace and power in your Hitchhiker II trailer, you may need to refer to the owner's manual or contact the manufacturer for specific instructions, as the process may vary depending on the model and year of your trailer.

When you are freezing something, set your freezer on its highest setting. However, if you are going to leave your freezer empty for a long time, you should change the setting to a lower one. Here's a great tip for ice cream: place a tub of ice cream in a ziplock bag before putting it in the freezer; it prevents freezer burn. You know when your ice cream gets so cold, it's hard to scoop out? Doing this stops that, it's keeps the ice cream just soft enough for easy scooping!
Actually, it's not as you think. Ice cubes are made between 0-4 degree Celsius and ice creams are frozen below -3 degree Celsius. Your freezer temperature may be between 0 and -3 degree Celsius and that is causing the problem. An ideal freezer should have temperature between -3 and -30 degree Celsius.
It sounds like the evaporator fan is hitting ice that is built up on the evaporator coil. When it's making the noise, open the freezer door and see if it stops.
(Most models are wired so that the evaporator fan cuts off when the freezer door is open.)
Check the inside back, lower panel of the freezer for ice built up or frost on it. If there is, you have a defrost problem that is most likley a bad heater. It's located around the coil inside the freezer behind the panel you will be looking at. The defrost problem would explain the freezer not freezing ice cream.
the fan in the freezer is not working to blow the cold air in the freezer you need a new fan you need a repair man it will cost you $300 good luck i have the same problem don't buy samsung they are useless that why home depot don't sale samsung
I would take the freezer bowls out of the freezer, run them both under the sink to thaw both bowls out, dry both bowls thoroughly, and then set them both on the counter so that the liquid settles toward the bottom of the freezer bowls. After 1 hour, place the bowls FLAT back into the freezer - don't forget to wrap them in a plastic grocery bag or some other sort of plastic bag. Try to make ice cream again after 24 hours or more of freezing. Let me know if this works, so I can pass the good news along to others.
Icecream is a tough call. Some brands have to many artaficial ingredients and that doesnt get solid. What temps are you getting in the freezer? Is everything else frozen solid?
