please open back side of your t.v and tack soft clean cotton and clean the guns in side the tv, red/green/blue , just cleane the guns and it will come to the normal picture quality. thanks ikram baig
I have 50" philips magnavox big screen. I recently started to have a problem with the edges of my tv. They became blurry. the center of the tv is clear and the edges are blurry. what should I do to fix this problem.
That is quite an undertaking to replace all three crts in a conventional PTV - I've been in electronics more than 20 years and I've never done that... One because it's far too expensive, two because it's unusual that all three crts would be bad and if they were I'd REALLY suspect problems somewhere else and three because of how labor intensive it would be to remove, install and align three new cans.
That said, you should be able to get them through Vance Baldwin or Tritronics Inc.
