2001 Chevy Malibu's bright beams work, but low beams do not. Which fuses should I be looking at specifically?

Have you tried changing bulbs? Usually one low beam burns out and you really don't notice so when the second one burns out it looks like a serious problem. There is no fuse for the headlights if it's not the bulb the next thing to check is the dimmer switch. I hope this helps. Take care.

Can the headlights be adjusted in 2013 Camry

Yes they should be adjustable because people change tyre profiles front to rear and this alters the drive angle. The adjustment screws are in the headlamp housing behind lamps accessed from the hood/ bonnet side.you do need to do this properly so they align together at the legal height for full beam.there is plenty of online information on the correct height for full beam...once you have made sure all Your tyres are at the right pressure....park on level ground ...at least 3 meters from front of a wall ....and at right angles to the wall....measure the height to the centre of headlight to ground .......mark the right light horizontal line for correct height on the wall and make sure you put lights on full beam....they should shine slightly below (say an inch )to the marked the measurement of height of lamp on the vehicle....adjust until the right hand light horizon is an inch below...now mark vertical line to cross centre of reflected light....this will give you a register point to mark where the left light should fall ...this will be exact distance apart as on vehicle and again adjust left until it falls below 1inch of the measured height line of lamp on car......mark distance from right to left light and mark the same height in chalk....then adjust left light to pinpoint marked chalk cross.adjust the beams by turning the spring loaded screws behind the lights.once you are happy check dipped positions....on right hand drive the lights should dip below and left.left hand drive dip below and right.you probably didn't need so much info but ...hey it's free and it saves any misunderstanding.hope this is of help...please vote.thankyou.

Low beam toyota corolla

There will be no adjustment for low beam as the headlight assy. adjusts for both beams. Adjust lights on high beam from a distance of about 3 ft(1meter) The center of the beam to be slightly below center height of the light and slightly to the left (AUS) or right (USA). Face the car to a wall at night is best.

Headlights point to high

There are adjusting knobs beside the head lights housing 3 normally and by adjusting each at a time the head light can be aimed down left and right.. Correct adjustment will be when the center of the beam is at the same height as the center of the head light at a distance of 3 ft in from of the car on level ground. Check that the rear of the car is at correct ride height as sagged suspension will cause this problem. Consider if you have a caravan hooked up then the headlights will point up. . Same problem.

We need instructions on adjusting the headlights on a Mitsubishi Lancer 2002

Aiming
  1. Park the vehicle on level ground, so it is perpendicular to and, facing a flat wall about 25 ft. (7.6m) away.
  2. Remove any stone shields, if equipped, and switch ON the lights.
  3. Loosen the mounting hardware of the lights so you can aim them as follows:

  1. The horizontal distance between the light beams on the wall should be the same as between the lights themselves.
  2. The vertical height of the light beams above the ground should be 4 in. (10cm) less than the distance between the ground and the center of the lamp lenses for fog lights. For driving lights, the vertical height should be even with the distance between the ground and the center of the lamp.

  1. Tighten the mounting hardware.
  2. Test to make sure the lights work correctly, and the light pattern is even.

Need a fuse box diagram to wire in fog lights

Fog lamps are installed on the front bumper. The switch is located to the left of the steering column on the dash panel. The fog lamps are turned off by the circuit relay when the high beam driving lamps are turned on. The circuit relay is located on the right front wheelhouse panel near the blower motor.

Good luck, and remember rated this help.
Removal & InstallationFog Lamp Element
See Figure 1

Fig. 1: Exploded view of a fog lamp assembly

  1. Remove the lamp stone shields, the four bezel attaching screws, and the bezel.
  2. Remove the reflector assembly from the lamp body.
  3. Remove the bulb holder from the assembly. Remove the element from the bulb.

DO NOT handle elements with your bare hands, always handle with a clean cloth. Oil from your hands will cause the element to fail.
  1. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Fog Lamp Switch
The fog lamp switch is removed and installed by simply prying the switch from the instrument panel and unplugging the electrical connector.
FOGLAMP BEAM ADJUSTMENT

  1. Position the vehicle on a level surface, facing a wall approximately 25 feet away. Remove the lamp stone shields and loosen the adjustment nuts.
  2. Turn the fog lamps ON and adjust as follows:
    1. Distance between the light beam centers should be equal to the distance between the lamp assemblies on the bumper.
    2. Height of the light beams on the wall should be 4 inches less than the center of the lamp assemblies when mounted on the bumper.
  3. Install all previously removed items after turning OFF the fog lamps.
