To change to MSC, Scroll to settings, scroll down to USB Mode, and choose MSC. You should be good

Usb mode is in settings push center button choose between msc or mtp....
MSC will allow you to see the expansion card
mtp won't.....MTP shows you your music folder in the media folder thats
where you put your music plus expansion.....If no usb mode the player is
manufactored to be in msc mode make sure your usb 2.0
    driver is installed

SANSA E260 ENTER USB 2.0 MSD MODE

if you go into the setting section of the menu you can select the USB mode back again, if this fails to solve the problem, take the back of the player off via 4 very small phillips screws and remove the battery for at least 30 seconds then put it back in and it should be good.

Do not worry! I had the same problem as you before and got it fixed perfectly! Go to this thread and read the instructions carefully.

Note that doing this will delete all files in your player, so I recommend you to save your files somewhere before doing this.
