You can opt for the following typing speed test which is free, fast to pass and rather simple. I used to pass it several times and the result was pretty much the same which I guess means that it's valid.
Press F5 then wait three seconds and press F8. This will enter cursor mode and then you go to Start>Control Panel and then smack the tar out of your "Home and Insert" Keys. They have bad contacts. maybe its keyboard problem ,some keys on ur keyboard.open a new text document and test all the keys of keyborad if any type more than 1 times when u push u have to clean under that key .
