Where can I find a solution for Gateway keyboard KB-0401 that will not work with Windows 7- the driver is outdated, and I can't seem to find a driver update on it anywhere.

I had the same problem. I solved it by pressing the connect button on the back of the keyboard and then pressing the connect button on the wireless connection base. The keyboard and the base will sync up again. Should solve your problem.

|I have been having the same issue with this keyboard since it was fresh out of the box. Unfortunatly, I replaced it right away with an ergonomic keyboard & didn't think about replacing it. Now that the ergonomic one is busted, I'm stuck with the factory one again with the same problem. I contacted Customer Support & they told me that it was a faulty keyboard & should be replaced. So, basically, there isn't anything you can do but go out & get a new one. If you are still within the one year warrenty, Gateway will replace it for free, so you'd better test out those keyboards right away & replace them immediately if need be!

There are no lights are the less expensive keyboards that are shipped with many Gateway computers. They have a more expensive keyboard that does have lights. Suggest you get that one or some other keyboard with lights already included.
