You will have to delete the songs off the player first (only the ones for which you want to change the order). Change the track number for the songs in Windows Media Player by right-clickig the individual song titles, and going to Advanced Tag Editor. Once you are done changing the track number, then you can reload them onto the ILo. There is not a way to edit the songs already on the player from Windows Media Player.

How I can order for their name (alphabetically) my songs inside e

MP3 players generally copy music over in a set way.  Usually that's however you have music stored on your computer.
Once on the MP3 player, you won't be able to rearrange the music, in most cases.
You should try arranging the music on your computer (which is time consuming, if you have a lot), and then move it to your MP3 player again.

Shuffle seems to play same songs

The shuffle feature shuffles songs randomly - no way to change the order.

On the Sansa Clip, you have to make the changes to the song order in Windows Media Player first, before you transfer the playlist to the Sansa, using the advanced tag editor function; change the track number. If you have already transferred the song(s) over to the Sansa, you must delete the songs on the Sansa first, or else it will not accept the playlist transfer with the new track order. You can always go back and change the track numbers that are stored in your WMP library after you have transferred the playlist to the Sansa.

Ilo mp3 Player Model MP-556

I just got an ilo mp3 player and when I try to sync songs from Windows Media Player 11 to it, it only puts about 1/2 of the songs on it. It says it has plenty of memory, so what's the problem?

A iLo Mp3 player

When you plug your ilo mp3 player into your computer with the USB cord, double-click on the My Computer icon. When the window opens, the list of drives should come up. Your ilo mo3 player should come up as Remveable Hard Drive (or Drive G) Click on it. When the window pulls up, your list of songs should come up. Find the song you want to delete and right click on it. Then find the delete button and click on it. When the computer ask you if you want to delet the song, click yes. When you turn on your mp3 player, the song you deleted shouldn't be on your mp3 player.

Song Names show up incorrectly on ILO Mp3 player. Wrong format?

The funny~.mp3 names are usually because the title field is not filled in in the mp3 property tags, so it uses the DOS version of the filename for the title. Under windows, right click the song and select properties->summary->advanced, and make sure that the title field under "description" has what you want in it. I don't think even the makers of Ilo know how it organizes the files.
