The top freezer cools like a fridge, the bottom fridge is warm

I bought my refriderator a year ago. It has a top freezer and a bottom fridge. Initialy it used to work. Then some months ago, the freezer started cooling like a fridge while the bottom was warn. Then some month later the freezer started freezing while the bottom was still warm. After a few weeks, it the freezer became like a fridge and the bottom is still warm. I have gone through the troubleshooting manual and I am now convinced the product is defective. This is surprising as I used to hold LG in high esteem and almost all my household appliances are LG. Pls I would really appreciate your help in this case

The fluxating temps bottom to top and top to bottom freezing are a result of the "air damper and baffle assy" not functioning properly. I would attempt fo make my case with LG that this started while the unit was under full warranty and persists today.

Refrigerator is warm, but freezer is cold and still making ice. This is a 3 year old Amanna Bottom Freezer model. There is frost in the top of the freezer drawer when I putt it out.

you will need to defrost it. the freezer is what keeps your fridge cool. the vent where the cool air goes up to your fridge is sealed or frozen.
unplug the fridge and open the doors and let it defrost.
plug it back in after a few hours and it should be working again.

I have a ge profile psc23nhpa refriderator that the fridge side of the unit temperature shoot up to 135 over night. But the freezer side was still very cool. What could cause this?

Are you sure it is 135? If the freezer is cold but the fridge is warm, most likely is the damper door problem. (Basically, it's a door controlled by the main board, get cold air from freezer and close when the fridge is cold enough)

Refrigerator will not get cold, but freezer works

Make sure your fan is working ,its located behind the freezers back wall. If it is working the vent from the freezer down to the refrigerator may be blocked (usually with ice). With out a fan you have no circulation but your freezer may look likes its working,it may last 3 days. Also if you can move everything out unplug it turn it off w/ doors open untill all traces of ice are gone this will free up any clogged tubes. Good luck.
