Hey when I turn on my phone, It stays a blank screen and the light at the back and front don't turn off. It doesnt load.

i had the same problem when i turn my phone on the buttons lights come on but te screen stays black and the phone doesnt turn on. the lights stay on

My computer doesn't flicker any colour before it goes blank etc. When i turn it on, the screen is blank/black and It says its on.. by the light being lit up, but nothing happens. :/ I don't understand, whats the problem?

Turn the computer on while pressing F1 several times as it loads.
Did it load?
Now try same procedure but press F8 instead.This opens the BIOS setup page.Don't change anything but 'save changes and exit'.

Your lcd screen is the problem,you must replace it,here is a tutorial on how to dissasembly the phone and replace the lcd screen,good luck

check the battery,put a new one in if you have one,if no,take out old battery for 30 seconds and put back in

just visit motorola service centre, there is a problem in its FPC cable

To easiest way to fix this is to go back to the company you brought the phone off as it is a problem within the phone hope this helps...

this problem has probably occured due to the phone being knocked. i used to have a motorola l7 slvr and it did exactly the same, i found that if you hit the back of the phone fairly hard the screen would come back on. im not sure if it is the same for the razr but hey its worth a try. ti be honest i think motorola are terrible mobile phone manufacturers but great 2way radio manufacturers

I have been playing today and just gone back on and not one game will load
