You can try running the battery completely dead and then recharging, but it sounds as if you have done that already. I would recommend purchasing a new battery as it sounds like it is dead.

My Samsung Exclaim M550 died and wont turn on. I have the charger in and the slide keyboard is lit up but It just wont like charge. Any help?

Have you tried pulling the battery out f the device? The reason I ask is because the fact that your keyboard is lighting up, suggests the device is powering on, but not displaying anything.

Try to pull the battery, then start the phone again. See if anything comes up. If nothing comes on the screen, but the keyboard is still lit, try calling the phone, does it ring? If it does, you can assume the display has gone out.

Instructions for pulling the battery attached.

Charging your power chair or scooter the correct way can make them last

Whenever you need to charge your power chair or scooter get into the habit of charging overnight. The battery level indicator lights will tell you if your chair or scooter needs charging. Whenever the lights are down into the yellow and especially if they are in the red. If you have the off-board charger, plug the charger into the charger port in the front of your joystick and then plug the charger into the wall socket or turn the on/off switch on and let it charge overnight. When you get up in the morning the charger should have a red light(power) and a green light illuminated (indicating fully charged) Always turn the charger off or unplug it from the wall socket before you unplug it from the chair or scooter. Never have the power on to the charger when you plug or unplug it from your chair or scooter. Whenever you get new batteries always give your batteries a full charge before use and then if you use the chair daily charge it every night. If you do not use your chair or scooter daily charge it at least once a week. Never leave the charger plugged in and on for more than 24 hours. Your batteries should last you 3-4 years if you charge them correctly.

My phone is fully charged and still not turning on..

well its a copy of a samsung phone. so i would say the weather the fuse has blown on the mother board or the power button has gone. you will need to have it looked at, unless you are prepared to open the phone and repair it your self.

My Samsung Exclaim cell phone will not turn on if not plugged in. When it is plugged in, it turns in for a minute then shuts off

Your battery may be completely discharged. Leave it plugged in overnight, and try in the morning. If that doesn't help, try with another battery or charger.
Thank you

My samsung phone has been fully charged. I try to turn it on, it says "initializing," then shuts down. When unplugged, it won't turn on at all. When plugged in, it shuts down, then blinks to the charging...

Are you sure it was fully charged before? Could you see the full battery bars?

It sounds like your AC adapter (the charger) has likely gone bad. The phone battery probably wore down, and when you plugged it into the charger, the charger couldn't charge it, so the battery remained dead.

Since the battery is not charged, you can't turn the phone on at all when it's not connected to the charger. And when you do connect it to the charger and turn it on, you get the intermittent charging because something inside the adapter has a faulty connection -- sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

You can easily verify if the charger is the problem by getting a new charger (they're not too expensive) and seeing if the phone will work and/or charge with the new charger.

If the new charger doesn't fix the problem, post again here and we'll go from there, but I think the new charger will take care of it.

Hope that helps!

My e900 wont turn on or charge

most likely your charger port is damaged, if you try another charger and get the same thing- then I am sorry but the phone is finished. warranty does not cover damaged ports, but if you have the insurance it is covered under damage, if its lless than a 30 day old problem. If you replace it with the same phone, discard any chargers you used on the old one.
