I have a panasonic 47 inch cinemavision for 3 years now. there is a slight blue color distorsion when viewing. What can i do. I've tried fixing it with the remote control without luck

This is likely a convergence problem and if model number indicated here is correct set would need to have both of the stk-392-110 chips replaced and the set adjusted.

Your TV will commonly have one or more of the following symptoms:

• Screen Looks 3D
• Colors wont align
• Screen may look distorted
• No Audio or Video

Thats the error code for failed convergence. You can get the convergence repair kit for your model at www.tvrepairworld.com which contains the parts and the CD with repair instructions.

Check the power light for blink code--usually if this model shuts down the power light will blink in a sequence--3 blinks a pause and 3 blinks is short protection--usually means a convergence circuit problem.

did you try to try to adjust the vertical and the horizontal of your tv?

Thats the error for the convergence. The following repair kit will usually repair that. The kit contains the parts and instructions with pictures on how to do the repair. i paid a repairman to fix it and got additional info that i didn't know about HD TV's. only $275

if the led is blinking one time its the 140 volt circuit. If its blinking a series of 3 blinks its the convergence circuit

3 blinks is the error code for the convergence ICs. You need to replace both STK392-110 convergence ICs. You can get replacement ICs at the following link and they provide installation instructions with pictures.
