Hi,

When you are at business, you are probably accessing the network locally.

When you reach home, you are accessing it via internet.

What you need to do is to set up the router to direct the incoming requests to the dvr ip address. It is called creating a virtual server.

You may want to subscribe to a DDNS service if your ip keeps changing. Businesses normally have a static ip but not if you have a normal dsl connection.

Can my Lorax mc2700 be viewed from my phone

The Lorax MC2700 is a portable radio that does not have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity. As a result, it cannot be viewed or controlled from a phone or other device. It can only be controlled using its physical controls

I have 2 lorex cameras systems for two separate businesses. Both systems run from one computer. I can't connect to the one system. It says connection failed. Can you help me please?

configure your router..open ports 80 and 9000...and assign each system its own address..go to lorextechnology.com and create a ddsn account, follow instructions..and your connection problem is resolved. you will need your model number handy (underneath dvr).

How can you disable the old business owners remote viewing aps as the business has a new owner, thanks phil

Look for whatever software the old owners used and uninstall it. Or open that software and change the password used for login.

Can this camera be viewed with an ap or over network or only with lorex monitor

I have used this brand to watch over my place while I'm at work and yes you can view over a network through a Lorex App. I know its over a VPN through Lorex website. Excellent choice here :)

Cannot view security system remotely on internet

Check IP address make sure it is correct. Also firewalls will prevent you from linking to dvr.
