On Sony T100 and similar,
its the vibration canceling unit, i had the same problem.
if you have good hads you can fix it.( on your oun risk)
1) disasamble the camera, you will see black plastic box inside, this is he lens unit.
2) on the botom you see 2 scrwes, they are holding the CCD remove them and the ccd unit will come from the lens assembly
3) the next is the stabilizer unit it is the problematic one. it is located on the left side of the lens asebly and is held by 2 screws.
you can test it by puling out the cable connected to it (the conector is just under the lens) and verifign that the problem is solved. ( you can leave it this way it will shoot fine just without the anti shake)
4) to fix it take it out ,remove the plastic cover, you see the lens on a plastic mount it should be glued to the magnet under it. the problem is that the glue fals apart.
remove one of the pins on wich it slides, and take the lens and the magnet out.
5) reglue the magnet and reasemble the camera.
6) power up and test, for me that solved the problem

if you need more help you can mail me at adisarit(et)yahoo(dot)com
this is spam mail so be prepared to wait a few days for reply.
this was tested and worked on 2 additional cammeras

My imperial hot tub says dcp, whay does this mean?

dCP DC power. The system checks for DC power at the relay (master control relay). Error code dCP is displayed if an error is found. This message can appear after a power interruption or lightning storm. This must be repaired by a service technician if the problem persist. This Is Our Translation: dCp is meant to basically mean the board didn't receive proper power from the transformer. As mentioned, it could be incoming power to your home, could be the transformer itself, or could be the board. This Is Our Suggestion: Our experience is rarely is it local electrical service, never the transformer, and almost ALWAYS the board itself.
Sometimes the board just fails and goes to that error. If you have a small circulation pump, then accept that fate.
If you have a large, 2 speed pump behind the control box (rather than the smaller circulation pump) the fault can simply be, like those with a small circ pump, a failed board that needs replacing. I have also found often these larger 2 speed pumps vibrate so much over time, besides being loud, can vibrate enough to damage the board. If turning the spa off and then back on eliminates the dCP error, then you can retrofit a method to help silence the noise and eliminate damage to the board. See link below. If the board is damaged and know know that pump was loud or vibrated a lot, you will have to replace the board and do the noise dampening adjustment to avoid doing this again.

Sounds like a firmware problem. Should probably contact Samsung and report the error.

Loud buzzing noise

Is the vibration coming from the heatsink itself or from the fan running at high speed?

I highly doubt the processor itself is vibrating; no moving parts to vibate. A more likely suspect would be one or more of the fan blades having gone out of balance and causing it to resonate at certain RPMs.

What cooler are you using?

Increase Engine Horsepower.

I have a rolex submariner and it occaisonally vibrates. What is the problem with this.

Sounds like mainspring is not holding in place and getting undone (unrolls by itself), that what usually causes the vibration.
