Don't spend lots of money buying blue tooth headsets Go to your local Walmart and purchase the Emerson Blue Tooth headset it comes with 2 ear loops that are made of a flexible plastic and 6 inner ear buds for a very snugged fit. not at this time all major store just sell the blue tooth no repair kit. they want you to just buy new ones.

Instead of selecting "Find Me", click "Add Audio", H500 will show up

They do not make earhooks alone. You must send it back and they will replace the whole unit.

i have a blue tooth motorola h350 and it just quit working it's under a year old can you get me the 800 number so i can get it replaced

Mines broke as well and it was just only one week. The only suggestion I was given is to buy a whole new headset which makes no sense.

The ear hook on my H500 broke as well.  I called Motorola (866-289-6686) and they are mailing me a replacement.  Even though This bluetooth has a 1-year warranty.  I purchased mine in Jan. 2007 and was covered but the rep didn't verify anything regarding the purchase date so even if you're outside of your warranty, you might still give it a shot.

What type of phone do you have? When you try pairing with your phone are you sure you have activated the option? If not, here's what to do. Hold the call button on the H500 until the blue light stays on, then with your phone go to the bluetooth option and select search for devices. It should be able to find it then.
