No internet connection it is a unlock phone from t mobile to att

Hai, Go into Web Sessions and change the Internet and MMS settings to those appropriate for AT&T. If the T-Mobile settings are locked, create new settings and make them the the default. Each carrier has its own setting but those settings are the same for any phone on that carrier's network.

    MMS retreival

Mobile phones take and display pictures in a wide variety of resolutions and file formats. Many phones can't display some of these pictures from different models because their display resolution is not compatible.

Do you have this problem on every MMS received (from different users), or is this an intermittent problem?

It sounds like you are receiving an MMS forwarding message, where the content of the message is actually stored on a web server that you log into with the information that was forwarded to you.

Please check the following MMS settings on your phone and verify that they match:

From the standby screen, press the Menu Key.

    Scroll to "Settings," press Select.

    Scroll to "WebAccess," press Select.

Scroll to "Web Sessions," press Select.

Scroll to "Cingular MMS" press Menu.

    (if not there select "new")

    Scroll to "Edit," press Select.
