Haier XQG50-11 spin and dryer do not work

have no business with machines

there could be something stuck in the impeller of the pump not letting it spin , no power to the pump motor or the pump motor has burnt out or the impeller is loose on the pump shaft

It sounds like a control problem. I assume it is electronic, and if so try another control board but be sure you can return it if it does not solve your problem.

There may be something stuck in the pump. This could cause no drain and of course it won't spin with water in it. I an not sure if it would agitate or not. I am not too familiar with Haier machines but I did have one with a jammed pump and it didn't work until the object jamming the pump was removed

gwt450aw mine was washing but was not spinning and was loud like many others have posted. Seems the electronic drive motor had washer type ring inside the middle of the motor that was wavey from heat guess if happens over time. The friction was over heating the motor till it would stop working. Took that part off works fine. Once you've inside you can tell there is no need for it. Given the position of the motor. FYI the drive motor is under 10 year warranty from haier with proof of purchase for the date.

take look at the "V" belt that drivers the drum insure is not slipping

get rid of it. I had two of these that did the same thing. people all over the internet are suffering with haier washing machines! They are utter rubbish and I will never buy haier again!

I had similar problem recently. It turned out the main controller right above the drain hose exit on the back was the problem. I got a new board from MALBER and replaced it myself. It is working now.

My problem is that water is still draining when it goes to final spin. final spin is not working properly. then machine shuts itself off before timer.

im a repairman and just ran into that same problem on the ge washer. the problem is the control board. That control board is expensive, but it will fix the problem
