Lost disc I have lost the disc for my sony Cyber-shot DSC-W35/W55. I have just upgraded my computer & lost a lot of the information I had on it. Can I download it again & how? Thanks.

Mystery cameras are always a problem, but this looks like the Sony camera question I just answered a few minutes ago.

You need to connect it to a computer and then you can take off everything that is on the camera and take the camera to a Sony Service Centre for repair. Download the Software and Drivers.

When I turn on sony cyber-shot camera I get a Problem with the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W35 Digital Camera when I turn on sony cyber-shot camera I get a screen display that states "access". The lens keeps going in and out and then it states,"turn the power off and on again" What's wrong??

Select "COLOR" from the Shooting Menu, then select "B&W".

Having gone over a month without a response to my query, I assume my suggestion to use a card reader solved the problem.

Press MENU. Select the toolbox icon. Select the "A" icon. Select the desired language.
