Does the blower indoors run and move air? if not it would mean that you don't have power to the furnace.
The 24 volt transformer in the furnace is used to power the thermostat and the control circuit on the A/C unit outdoors. Or you could have blown a fuse on the computer board in the furnace.
If this has helped please rate me, and If you need more help, give me some more info.
Thanks,
Paul

Outside unit will only run for a short amount of time with A/C before the fan stops turning and starts humming, squealing/screeching and the top of the outside unit gets hot.

The bearings are bad in the motor and after the fan runs enough it eventually gets hot, making the bearing screech and the fan locks up. Need to replace motor again. See if it has a warranty. The reason it gets hot is because the fan is what removes the heat from the coil and if the fan isn't running there is nothing to cool it off so to speak.

The outside unit has power going to it but isn't

maybe it has tripped off on high pressure, as you have have said the fan is not turning so will cause high pressure. now assuming the problem is the fan is not running than check the condition of the condensator /capacitor for the fan motor. if the motors winding is still good replace the capacitor and try it ON.

My goodman central air unit quit working after a storm. The circuit breaker is not blown. The furnace fan kicks on when ac is turned on at the thermostat but unit outside does not operate. Is there an...

1 posible cause.the thermostat supplies 24 volts to the outside unit to control the contactor if you hear a ligth huming on the outside unit this is the being activated. if this is the case then
check to see if any ants are in or around the unit see video, they will usually climb to dry areas before during or after a storm and for some reason they like the contactor if this is the case cut all power to the unit and clean contactor spray the area around the unit with an insecticide ( not the contactor) replace cover and test unit. GSC130241AE Goodman Air conditioner does not restart

It could be a bad thermostat. When the unit isnt working does the tubing frostup? If you have heavy frost in the evaporator this could mean a leak or a dirty coil. Also make sure the filter is clean.

Goodman CK60-1C model central AC unit blwing hot air

Clicking sound is the contactor engaging to start the outside unit. Check for a burnt off wire at the contactor. For some reason you are not getting power to the outside unit. If you find a burnt off wire shut off all power to it then remake the connection at the point of the circuit break.
