Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Hold the power button down on the top for 5 seconds then slide the power bar to the right to power your I phone down. Then press the power button again (1 sec) to power unit back up. This is effectivly a re-boot. If that does not help, I would hook it to your computer launch itunes and do a restore. If that does not work it's time to visit a Mac Store.
