In side by side units, the freezer side actually cools the refrigerator side by a damper door/switch. Contact a professional if you don't find any blockages in the door area, and the temp does not change.

Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.

Check filter houseing and filter, Its either not installed correctly , has a line leaking or disconnected to filter or has frozen over the filter. Good Luck.. Hope your freezer is keeping cool enough.. AARS

Something has stopped your compressor. The part could be the start relay, start capacitor, overload or the defrost control board. where are the buzzing sounds coming from ? Sea Breeze

I have the same problem. Freezer is okay, but refrigerator is not cooling.
