Might be an issue with your Print Processor. To change it, go to Start - Control Panel - Printers - Right-click your printer and choose properties (Printer Properties in Windows 7) - Ports Tab - Print Processor. Change this to the NT EMF 1.008. If there is still an issue, try the RAW Print Processor.

Thank you for your quick response; however, I received assistance from Lexmark and the problem has been corrected.
What is the exact model number of your printer(e.g. X1240, X1250, X6675, etc.)? What is the operating system of your computer? What are you using when installing, the installation cd or the downloaded file?
