My built in webcam on my Dell inspirion 1720 problems

My built in webcam on my Dell inspirion 1720 dosnt work even after ive unistalled and reinstalled the drivers and given accsess to it. It works on the desktop but will not work on msn.

Wipe the hard drive and do the OS install. If your unit came with Vista and you install Win 7 there may be some driver incompatibility. Check that out to be on safe side.
