Sounds like a probable blown fuse. If you open it up, check near where the power cord attaches to the circuitry-- the fuse will be around there. If it's blown, take the fuse to Radio Shack to see about replacement.

Take your phone into a repair center or call sprint. Your phone has a one year manufacturer's warranty and should be able to be repaired or replaced for free.
Here is a list of faults for that tv. Is recommended to take to a qualified repair shop. I could not find a recall for that set, only a complaint about a different Sanyo set that should have been recalled.
