PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. hi there! you need to press *2767*2878# and if that dont work try *2767*3855# but beware! you wil loose all information. So do a backup first.

This will reset the phone's settings to factory default. Use this at your own risk:
1. Switch off phone.
2. Remove the sim card.
3. Turn on the phone.
4. Type *2767*2878#
5. Use 00000000 when it ask you again for the phone lock code.

I found this answer at Howard Forums from a user named JHDreamer
1) Power up device and when prompted to enter password enter 1234
2) Press end key twice at the password error screen
3) Enter dial pad screen
4) Type in *1673492846 then press down on the D-pad
5) Select menu option 8, 1 , 1.
6) Let device reset and your done =]
