Cant get my pics on to my computer for some reason

You can't transfer pictures from internal memory to a memory card, sorry. You need a USB cable to connect the camera to your computer then you can transfer the pictures to the computer.

When you insert the card into the computer, look in "my computer"...it should show up as a "removable drive".

You need recovery software to access the pictures.

You can't use the software with the camera directly, so you also need a card reader that can read XD or SD/HC cards, depending on which type of memory card you are using in the camera.
Install the software on your computer, connect the card-reader to the computer, put the memory card in the card-reader and run the program. Follow the instructions in the program.
When images are successfully downloaded to the computer, you will have to format the card in the camera.

The internal memory is very small and wouldn't hold very many pictures. Try using a separate card reader to download your pics to your computer.

if you have a computer go to your local walmart or radioshack and get a usb adapter for your memory card and plug it into your computer and pull the pics off and delete the pics off the card after your done

Actually, you can do it without the cable.
You need to have the card inside your camera with at least ONE picture. Hit play. Press menu. Scroll down until you see COPY and then choose "Internal to SD Card" Hit All Frames. Hit OK. Done.

try fomat the SD card before you take pictures

Are you usuing USB cable? have you tried a diffrerent USB connection? try to change the status of the camera to 'show pictures'
which camera is it, anyway?
Are you trying to upload straight from the camera or card reader/ Memory card?

Memory card error is common problems in various sd cards and cf cards. I took a closer look at my little SD memory card. It has a sliding lock on it to protect data. Check to see if the card works when you slide that lock up or down. Read more about memory card:
