Press setup button,then press 4 and then press1,this select basic fax setup and then select date and time,enter month,day,year by pressing the approiate numbers on the keypad,after the date the time automatically appear after u enter the last digit of the date,once u enter the time,same apporiate number on keypad,after the last digit,if prompoted,press 1 for am and press 2 for pm.

It's quietly hidden under the dedicated Menu button, then Basic Fax Setup. The first item in the list will be date & time. Basic Fax setup??? I would've guessed that about fourth. Hope that helps!
