It means that your waste toner box is full.

You can do the next:

On left side of copier, on lower left side you have small cover with screw.With screw driver unscrew it and remove cover. Remowe the waste toner box/container, and clean it, after you removed toner wash it with water and clean the inside and outside of box neck with alcohol to remove the antistatics. Place it back and restart the copier.

This solution also works for Canon ir3300 using the smaller cover to rear of machine, also I washed out the container with methylated spirits which cleans it like new and also is relatively faster drying than water.

This is HDD related problem, try : turn off copier pres 1 and 9 (hold it ) then turn on the copier. That initalizes the hdd defragmentation. if does not help, you need to change the hdd and "fill" it with system software.
