How to remove password bios
There are BIOS flash available for the laptop, (www.nec-driver.com) download the required Bios Update for your Laptop (based on the model number). this should fix the password problem. second option is to remove the Bios battery but since it is a notebook, not recommended. :)
A bios is a firmware program of ur laptop. u can do it by simply jumpering some on the mboard. see ur manual and looks for the jumper setting for bios refresh. jumper it and ON ur pc for 5 second and turnoff and return to the normal setting of ur jumper. this time f u ON ur unit, password shld be disable. mostly this jumper are commonly found near the processor, memory depending of the manufacturer setup.

Start up in safe mode (hold F8 at startup) and login as administrator. Go to start menu, settings or control panels, users and remove the password on the account you are wanting to access.. Then restart.
