Find a computer that has Internet access, and either a free USB slot, or a CD-writer.
Take either a USB memory-stick, or a "blank" CD-writable disk.
Access the manufacturer's web-site, and download the drivers.
Copy the drivers to the memory-stick or to the CD-recordable media.
Move the media to your computer, and install the device-drivers from that media.
there are BIOS flash available for the laptop, (www.nec-driver.com) download the required Bios Update for your Laptop (based on the model number). this should fix the password problem. second option is to remove the Bios battery but since it is a notebook, not recommended. :)
