Need help with a Presario c502us laptop that will not start.
I have acquired a friend's compaq presario c502us laptop. It will not start up, the LCD screen is completely blank, even when i attach another monitor there is nothing, the fan turns on, I'm not sure if the hard drive is doing anything, and when i put a boot cd in the cd drive it spins the disk. When i turn it on the Power button will glow for a second, then blink 10-13 times and just glow (usually when i have a boot disk in) or it will just keep on blinking endlessly, with no pattern. I've messed with every bit of detachable hardware and now I'm wanting to open it up and have a look at it's guts. The only problem is that after removing every visible screw, even under the hard drive, battery, etc, it still seems to be pinned down, somewhere near the fan. It would help if anyone knows what could be wrong with it, or at least how to open this laptop up.

Laptops are usless for playing games. They may play some low quality games but there is really nothing you can do to upgrade a laptop to make it suitable for playing games. If you are planning on playing PC Games, buy a good Desktop Computer.
