Call a service tech. Either the ignition control board/modual is bad, or the flame sensor is. NOT a repair you want to attempt, unless you are qualified.

But I think, the ingition in the gas oven works and lights the burner.
and then after 15 seconds the burner goes out.
Any modern oven has a Flame Failure Device.
That prevents the oven getting gas when the burner went out for some reason.
I would suspect that FFD, it is mounted besides the burner.
You can not repair that part for safety reasons, You have to replace it when it is gone.

All gas appliances have a thermal cut out this will shut the gas off if the flame goes out the down side is when the thermal cut out becomes faulty it can shut the gas of when you are using the cooker the only fix is to replace the thermal cut out
The "F5" fault code means a loss of the relay drive circuit. This can be caused by a faulty oven control, oven sensor circuit, lock motor circuit or loose/corroded connections. See image below. You should be able to access the oven control by raising the top and removing the cover from behind the console. The oven temperature sensor connection can likely be check by removing the oven temperature sensor from inside the oven cavity. NOTE: Disconnect the power supply from the range before raising the top and removing the console cover.
Replaced the igniter. The parts guy told me that the amperage changes with age and use; thus the igniter still glows, but it takes much longer to operate the gas valve with the reduced amperage. Cost - $70.14

This means either the igniter is bad and not getting hot enough to make the gas continue to release completely and stay open, so it shut off. or you have a bad gas module. Or a bad gas valve without enough pressure. Needs to be diagnosed hands on at your location .

I just installed one in my house. I found that when you start the lower (gas) oven you need to turn the dial all the way on to 500*, push the knob in (you should hear the igniters clicking), then even when you see flames coming out of the burner, continue the ignition for 10 to 15 seconds. It should continue to stay lit thereafter.
