You need to learn how to use the, "Paste Link," function. If you copy the spreadsheet and paste the information into a new tab in the same workbook, using the 'paste link' feature, the information on the linked pages will update automatically each time you update the page the links are based upon.

Do you have Microsoft Access? If so, you could use that to create a database and an invoice form. You could also use Access to "dump" the info into Excel to track and record.
Otherwise, try searching for "Import Data" in the Excel help. It would be very difficult to walk you through the whole process, but if you have specific questions about certain steps, that would be more manageable.

>servers or logging on as administrator.
>Note: To add "NWLink IPXSPXNetBIOS Compatible Transport Protocol" open your Network
>Connections as explained below:
>1 - Go to Control Panel, and select "Network Connections";
>2 – Right-click with your mouse your Network Connection and select “Properties";
>3 - On the "Connection Properties" screen, select the "Install" tab;
> 4 - On the "Select networking Component" screen select "Protocol" double-click the
>5 - On the "Select Network Protocol" screen, select "NWLink IPXSPXNetBIOS Compatible
> Transport Protocol" and click the "OK" tab to install the protocol.
>The steps above have to be repeated on every computer present in the Network.
