I bought new laptop from u.s hp windows 2007 if i open ms office it asks product keybut i don no where it will be located. i typed some numbers. but it saying 0,5 and some letters are not a valid key. so i need product key for 2007 windows in hp notebook pc. sir. i need directly product key to enter 25 characters sir please.

Hi. The manufacturer of your laptop should be able to provide you the product key for MS Office 2007/ Give them a call. You can google the tech support hotline of your laptop. Asking for such information should be free.

With new laptop usually goes a trial version of MS Office for 60 days, so I don't think, there is key.
But if you are sure, that you got full version of MS office, and there is no product key sticker (notebook bottom side), you should contact your laptop dealer and ask him.

You need to tell the sales rep that you need the product installation code for MS Office 2007 and it was part of the package you purchased.
Ask for the installation MS Office CD the documentation and the product installation code, as well as the Windows installation CD and product installation code.

I doubt that's not the correct Product Key of MS Office 2007 maybe it's the Serial Key for the OS of your brand new HP laptop....As far as I know MS Office in every new laptop bought is only a trial version that can be evaluate for free in 60 days or two months unless you bought the product then you will be provided with a valid key for that.

The product key is located on the plastic container that Office 2007 came in.
When you open up the case, it's on the inside on a yellow sticker.

The product key printed on the sticker at the bottom of your Laptop is for Windows only, and not for Office.
