My w550 it is stoping when i make a call

i was conneted my phone to pc . i added some data like songs,games & themes.After that the problem was occur .The problem is when make a call or cheke its totally stopted so. Any advice means please sent it sir/madam

There might be corruption of the firmware of ur device.u need to update it via mobile browser or by computer
if u want to update via ur mobile open browser cliuck on services.from here u can update ur mobile firmware.
by pc u need to download update software from sony ericsson website and then u have to follow the listed steps.
