My Epson Stylus CX3810 will no longer print. Tried going through the cleaning head cycle many times and replacing all ink cartridges. only get a faint partial blue line when I print allignment page.

sounds like the print head is malfunctioning. try running the head cleaner a few times from the settings menu, if that doesn't solve it you'll have to replace the entire head, at which point it may be more worthwhile to replace the printer.

run an cleaning heads cycle, turn off the printer take off the cartridges check if everything is ok with the cartridges itself and turn on and run cleaning heads cycle for 3 times.

Actually, this has been an ongoing problem with the cx3810 so epson actually posted a solution to this on their website is wasnt helpful to me but try it out

all epson type need all catridge put in a head, if you want use black only, you can buy ciss sistem

Do the other ink cartridges need to be replaced? According to Epson all ink needs to be replaced at the same time.

I had the same problem and had to clean the nozzle tubes. After cleaning the tubes, printer worked great again.

Hi there the likely thing is that there is a small blockage in the print heads not allowing the jet to fire and causing a blank line. You could remove the print head turn it upside down using a soft cloth clean the print head also use a alcohol based fluid to aid you.

Try this if it's doesn't work then the print head will need replacing you will be able to buy online.

what is the yellow ink cartrage level is it empty
