Error Message: "Contact Your Dealer Printer Error E04-01" - What does that mean?

When you find someone who does know what it means and is happy to tell you, ask how much it will cost to fix...

"HDD mount" means it has an internal hard drive (HDD, or hard disk drive), and the copier has failed to "mount" (place in operation) that disk drive. That error means that the internal hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced. It will very likely need to be a special proprietary hard drive, preloaded with some sort of operating system for the copier, and you'll need to get it from a dealer.

remanufactured toners, or off brand toners are sometimes not compatible. I would contact the dealer you bought the toner from and tell them the cartridge is defective and demand an exchange or refund.

you need to but a thing called a scan/email key before it will work

If its a ## error its a internal fault like the fuser or laser!If it the fuser just before it starts to print it will say check printer and stop!Take it to the nearest dealer and let them have a look at it!

You have a bad LASER unit.

That code is "out of toner". I would try a genuine Canon Toner Cartridge.

you need to get into service mode and your dealer is the only one with your specific password

the scanner or main circuit board is defective. Give it back to dealer due to warranty.
