My motion eye on my sony vaio stopped working but

My motion eye on my sony vaio stopped working but it's only the acrsoft web cam companion2 software and the computer restore points don't help what do i do

the computer itself is a sony Vaio VGN-NS190J yes the camera is a built in the program turns it on I assume It was working it was how I came to find my brother had deleted it. Ever thing else works. I went to the sony web site and downloaded the original program that is preloaded with the computer no help there. Latest restore point is march-25-2010 thanks guys no rush.

Sony vaio webcam drivers "MOTION EYE"

If you go to the Sony website for the drivers there should be a category called notebook control and utilities, install that and that has the camera software bundled into that.

Is it list and enabled in Device Manager, Imaging Devices? What software are you trying to use with the webcam? Try reinstall driver for webcam found here: http://www.sony-europe.com/support/en/product/VGN-NS20S_S/updates

I can't get to the Motion Eye web cam on my Sony Vaio. I just got it , didn't remove any hardware

It is possible the Software is either dormant, it means it needs activating, or it was not installed when windows or sony Vaio was downloaded.

1.uninstall the arcsoft webcam companion camera software from programs and feature
2.uninstall the camera driver from device manager
3.download and install the camera software from
