Fuzzy screen numbers on start up then screen all fuzzy but can still read screen mainly a yellow back ground.has been like this since i flashed the bios

    flashing BIOS not good to do unless absolutely necessary (too late now, what's done is done unfortunately, unless you get new BIOS chip). Try resetting the video options in the BIOS and updating your video drivers. also make sure your video card and cables are seated properly.

its the t-con board if the backlight is coming on and there is sound then the t-con board is faulty. this is the board on the back of the screen has a cable going to it from the main av board. replace with same part number only. this has to match the screen.

Tv may not be grounded properly ?
That is an LCD television. The only thing that needs to come on in the form that you are talking about is the back light.. These are tube lights that are behind the screen off to the sides of the lcd. They are controlled by a device called the inverter. So the problem sounds like the back light is bad especially if the picture has a yellow or orange tint to it.

After about 30 minutes of good sound and picture the screen goes fuzzy but the sound is still good
The tuner grounds on the main board need re solder, you will have to remove the tin covers on the tuner to get to some of the tuner ground's, this is a common problem for this set.

The flash symbol with the line through it means the flash is turned off. Read your manual for the procedure for turning it on.

Kenwood in dash reciever will not read compact disks or USB
The problem is definetely a fault in the Mp of the set as it is not able to process the data from the flash memory or the CD. If will be good to open the set and do a through check for loose connections, faulty ground or joints inthe main PCB. Remove dust and fix back, Also clean your optical lens and drive unit. Fix them back and check again . If it works you are lucky or else the main processor is faulty. Hope you try this Good day

My Toshiba Regza 32 inch lcd tv has a serious problem, on occasion the screnn will turn a fuzzy green color and turn itself off, usually a few loud popping noises also occur after it shuts off then the...
Model number means EVERYTHING to a real technician...
As a guess the popping noise could be arcing to ground - maybe from the inverter or one of the transformers on the inverter. The fuzzy green could be decoding the t-con board is attempting as this ground fault happens and shuts the unit off... I' would clearly have this checked before it does some serious damage. An ounce of prevention could save you pounds of cure....

Philips 34pw9818 fuzzy screen
Inside the set you should see a large part with a red wire coming out the top. That is the flyback transformer. There will be 1 or 2 controls on the back of it. One should be labeled screen and one focus. Carefully adjust the focus one until the picture is again in focus. Please note that in that area are high voltages (33,000V) that can be dangerous. Be careful where you touch. IT is best to have a mirror so you can see the picture while adjusting the focus control.
