If the fan is working o/k, then it is going to be a faulty oven element, fitting a new one should solve the problem.

You need to replace the oven element, as it has probably blown.
It is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
Hope this helps.

SOURCE: my candy oven r43/3xuk wont switch on. The power

If the fan is working o/k then it is likely to be a faulty oven element if it is a
electrically heated oven.
If it were the timer, not even the fan would work.

SOURCE: volume control candy oven timer

Switch off the oven, leave for 5 seconds and switch it back on.
Candy Customer Services asked for over £100 to have an engineer sent to my house, which I refuse as I thought the oiven was good.
I had to switch off all the electricity in the kitchen but after this 'reset' the oven turned to the normal 'high' volume.
