Web cam not working with yahoo but video call working fine

I think you need to go to the settings wizard and configure the sound and video, try to do that. It must be somewhere a place to select your web cam

Shutter stuck

not sure about the 'BC', but the shutter problem is most likely due to shutter oil leakage. do you see some shiny black oil on the edges of the shutter blinds? i've had this happen to me once and the repair shop managed to clean it. seems like a problem that bugs Canon EOS cams. Replacing the shutter would most definitely cost more than the value of the camera, so you might want to try this

Black screen

Hi everyone, I just wanted to post a very simple fix for those of you who installed your Wii correctly, had it working fine, but then experienced a sudden all-blank screen (in my case, all blue, which I think is a function of my TV). I read all these alarming threads that made me think my brand new Wii would have to be sent in for repair. I tried resetting it, turning it off and on, unplugging it, etc., all to no avail. Then I unplugged the satellite receiver dish (even though TV was working fine), waited about a minute and plugged it back in. Once the box reset itself, voila, problem solved! I am not a tekkie but for those of us newbies out there, I hope I can help just one person!
