Downloading songs i have the songs saved on my computer but i don't know how to transfer them to my mp3 player. i read the instruction manuel but it's way to confusing.

The Walkman User Guide is an on-line guide and can be accessed on-line via Internet. You can select the page which you want to print out and then select the PRINT option at the top of the page. Please view the Figure below: The option to transfer the files are mentioned clearly in the manual. You can also save the online manual on the Computer from the Walkman Player when connected to the Computer. Transferring the files to the Player is very easy using the Content Transfer Software supplied, Windows Media Player or by copying and pasting the songs to the Player's Removable Drive.

You can download the Software for the Walkman from the Sony website if it is available.
Click on the link and select the Operating System of the Computer to which you are downloading the Software.
Then click on the "Download" icon to download the Software.
You may visit this website to download the Software/Updates if it is released.

Note: Read the Download and installation instructions before downloading the Software.

ok plug the mp3 in the pc and select open files download your songs and they will save in my documents then all you will have to do is drag them from one file to the other

MP3 players cant be used with itunes, Itunes is only for Ipods and such.
Just see where you download the actual songs. and put them in a folder and copy the songs into your MP3 player.

Or you can also try right clicking on the song in itunes and then copying and pasting it in the MP3 player

The general process is:
Download a song from an online music service, or use the Windows Media Player Rip function to grab a song from a CD (make sure to change Rip Options -> format to Mp3 first)
Use Windows Media Player's Sync tab to transfer the songs from the computer to your mp3 player

The GPX mp3 player is incompatible with iTunes (as are most non-iPod mp3 players). There are a few mp3 players out there that are iTunes compatible, but this is not the one.

Once you insert the mp3 player, the computer automatically detect the device, were you can see the folder inside of your mp3, create a folder from file, new, folder.

Now open the folder where the music was downloaded usually you can see that file at my document, save/complited folder, select all the file, copy

Open the new folder (which you created) in the mp3 then paste the songs that was downloaded.

To play the music in the mp3 player, just find the folder you created.

There are some mp3 players that can be connected directly to the computer through a USB cable. When you have it connected via USB, it may show as another location on "My Computer". Once you have the songs saved on your computer all you have to do is to drag or copy the songs on your music/mp3 folder.

Although some MP3 players require a certain software that needs to be installed on the computer first and then will assist you in transferring files from your computer to your mp3.
If you have problems, just ask me then I'll give specific instructions if I already have the exact model of your device.

if you have windows media player you can put the CD in a select "Rip" and then the songs will be in the library then you go to "Sync" and then pick the songs you want and then press "Start Sync"
