Please help me get out of this problem I have finedrve 400 gps and now I am geting problem like as soon as I turn this gps uint on in car start find gps signal and after few seconds its come massage like Main Heading "FATAL APPLICATION ERROR" and it more Application intellinav.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down .If the problem persists,contact the program vendor

The only way to cure this issue is to reload the firmware, as finedrive
is no longer helping customers, I posted the files to do this online:

BACKUP your original intellinav.exe file first, then renamed the downloaded file from intellinav3.exe to intellinav.exe and put that into the original program folder.

Did you try download intellinav3.exe? ,are you sure that memory is free enough?

Methinks you are in firmware update territory...go to that site, and enter model number, and re download the firmware.

Still have not solved my problem .
Why is downloaing looking for 10 time click and after 10 time I have click start downloading and its stop downloading after 298MB and it came massage like file is bad it did not download completed 801MB it was showup on the file so tell me what i need to do?.
This are both file only say how to use gps unit and opreate this unit nothing us i can find about troble and its solution so please send me permenent solution.
