Razr v3. when i receive an incoming call the phone turns itself off and then back on.i can make calls but can't receive incoming calls.

sounds to me like your blur tooth is picking up the calls or other blue tooth interfernce

put it in rice if it gets water in it.

this is somethng you will need to contact your cell provider about they re the ones to fix this

Hi, before sending it in or taking it to a Motorola repair station, try this. Open phone turn it over so camera is facing you with finger behind and thumb of your right hand sweeze the area between camera lens and the vol up down button to reseat the ribbon connector that is located in that area between the cases. This worked for me and it is worth trying.

take the phone back and get a new one.....it sounds like a manufacture problem with the phone.

Open&Clean keypad and keypad mat.

master reset the phone or have the mobile reflash
