Screen went solid white cant get it to do anything inside, outside works ok

try taking out the battery without turning it off first then turn it right back on after a few seconds

The cable that connects the screen to the phone is damaged, causing it to white screen. Other than sending it back to the manufacturer or having Nextel fix it, there's no fix other than for it to be swapped out.

If it is shwing some life in the screen then the screen seems to be OK. Hence it should not cost much to repair the circuitry.

buy a new phone and try real hard nt to drop it the a920 tends to pack up when dropped as it happened to my last a920 and even telecom went to repair it but it was going to cost more than the price of a replacement a920

It could be a software error . many mobile phone shops provide repair services but it's best to shop around for a good repair price.

you can take the phone and have the mobile LCD screen replaced.

My razrs screen would just go white every 15 minutes maybe, and i would have to turn it off and back on.There was a white line at the bottom of the screen also, so i went to http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/motosupport/source/SoftwareUpdateSummary.asp?country=&language=&web_page_name=SUPPORT&strCarrierId=US%20Cellular&strPhone=V3c&strCable=Mini%20USB%20Data%20Cable and downloaded thee software update. after it was finished the white line went away the screen never went white and it fixed everything
