Cannot reset/enter radio code-Vauxhall vectra phillips radio400

Hi, after having the battery replaced in my vauxhall Vectra (V reg) I have been unable to reset the radio code. I have tried following the instructions in the manual using the radio code gievn which has not worked, it is now showing 7 SAFE on the display and I have tried the AS button instructions etc but it is not responding. Please help! also can you tell me the correect radio code please: Phillips 09136106 type car400 GM09130696. Many thanks! :)

    hi

    did u ever find a solution to this problem, my radio is showing 7 SAFE after 2 failed attempts, it just won't allow me to enter the code anymore (which I now have after guessing the first 2 attempts from memory)
