I have a Bosch front load washing machine bought approx. 2006 model no. WF02467GB/01. The problem is that the pre wash draw section is taking in water towards the end of the wash cycle and the fabric conditioner section is remaining full of water at the finish of the complete wash cycle. I always use the conditioner section but I am not sure if any conditioner is being taken out before this section fills with water. I have cleaned out the pipes which supply the complete draw section with water and I have also replaced the solenoid on these pipes so I am confident there is no blockage of the water inlets .

Check whether solinoid valve is operating. After all the power has to come from the timer circuits. If you are an expert electricty you can monitor the supply with a electric line tester.
